William Echikson is an experienced Brussels-based digital policy specialist. He serves as Associate Senior Fellow and Director of the Digital Forum at the Centre for European Policy Studies in Brussels. Before joining CEPS, Mr. Echikson worked for six and a half years at Google running corporate communications for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
